We have several floor plans to choose from
We have built many different floor plans that are open to the public to purchase from us! You pick what neighborhood you would like to live in, or pick one of the many lots we own or have access to in and around Lubbock, and we will fit the floor plan onto that lot. What most people like about this approach is that we have a set price for these types of builds. Unfortunately we do not publish these floor plans online, but give us a call and we can send you floor plans that will fit your needs.
C.J. Hargrove is a third generation contractor here in Lubbock. He spends his days managing a Sub contracting company that has worked on projects such as Jones Stadium, The Overton Hotel, The Lubbock County Jail, Four Golf and many of the other high profile projects built in Lubbock and the surrounding communities. He is currently involved in projects such as the Buddy Holly Performing Arts Center, Citizens Tower, the new World Market, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Best Buy. He is married to his wonderful wife Lindsey. During the evenings you can find them chasing around their toddler and being active members of several organizations striving to better our community.
David Haymes was born and raised in Lubbock. He is married to his wife Jill and is the proud father of two children, Dylan and Taylor. They are active members in their church. When he is not working, David can be found coaching his son’s baseball teams or taking them to one of their many other activities.
David graduated from Texas Tech University where he attained his BBA in General Business, as well as a degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. Upon graduation, David spent a decade working for a local community bank. He then entered the real estate business as a licensed Realtor with WestMark Commercial, where he is currently employed.
